Awareness is the foundation of every endeavour. It does not matter at all who we want to become – if we are unaware how we spend our time, our life and whether it contributes to our goals – we won’t succeed. Without awareness, all what we do is simply throwing dart arrows around without any clue whether the target is even in the same room.
Therefore: We need a rock-solid fundament of awareness.
If we are aware of waves and storms but only tossed around, it’s impossible to lead our lives.
Because we are being lead.
Groundedness empowers us to ride the waves and stand in the storm – celebrating.
So the asset to develop, parallel to awareness, is groundedness.
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom” is Aristotle supposed to have been said.
If you have no relationship with your core, with the essence of who you are – you might know about the world, but you have no clue about yourself.
To become whoever you are meant to be requires Self-Knowledge.
Knowing itself doesn’t change a thing – action does. Whether that means to start, continue, stop or avoid doing doesn’t matter.
The key point is to act upon your knowledge. At every damn moment. To quote the great John Wineland, “meticulously“.
That’s integrity.
Knowing yourself and acting accordingly is good. Being in service to something bigger than yourself is profound.
Purpose is not ONE THING. It’s your continuous quest to answer the question:
“What is my deepest contribution to life – in total and right now?”
The last one wraps all that came before.
Love is not about romantic relationships, not about children, friends or your favourite pet.
It’s a zest for life.
It’s the celebration of every passing moment.
It’s the tears streaming down your face when you see your beloved.
It’s the infinite gratitude you feel for your children.
It’s grace in front of utter beauty.
You shouldn’t.
In case you are looking for an ally, with whom to progress on your path – and the stuff I share across platforms inspires you to go deeper together, then go here.
But don’t simply trust my word, see whether what I share inspires you, whether the practices I share bring you deeper – and then reach out!
I tend to be brash and sometimes definitely not on the soft side with my words.
I have been told to be too direct and too much.
I can be damn f$ckin’ intense.
And to trigger the other ones:
I can be incredibly soft and gentle.
I can be deeply caring.
And there will be some among you who are triggered by that.
Therefore: If you get triggered easily and DO NOT want to work on that – I am not your guy.
If you are looking for someone who hands you the answers on a silver platter and tells you that all you have to do is wait for the doves to fly into your mouth – I am not your guy.
If you are looking for someone who bashes “society” and “the governments” instead of looking first at the one judging – I am so not your guy.
Lastly, if you are looking for someone who takes the whole thing dead seriously without cracking jokes about all the work – I am definitely not your guy.

HI, I AM MARCO DINH
A man with a probably familiar story: I’ve spent my first decades thoroughly following societal expectations.
Good grades. Good university & good degree. Entering “high corporate” and grinding 80 hour weeks.
Leading a relationship because “this is what you do”.
And at one point in this hamsterwheel asking myself: “Is that all?”
Which was the beginning of a journey of many years through monasteries and ashrams.
Through trainings and workshops.
Through months of silent meditation retreats – in groups and solitude.
Through working with my own shadows every day.
The main thing I’ve learned through all of this?
That practice is the true differentiator.
I’ve met thousands of meditators, self-help activists and “enlightened guys” along the path.
But the ones who lived their life the fullest, in deepest integrity and utter clarity were the practitioners.
The ones who actually put in the right work every day.
I don’t claim that I found the “right path” for everyone – but I’ve definitely found some tools and practices to be more effective than others.
Some teachings to be more profound and some approaches to be less dogmatic.
Which is exactly what I am offering to every man along my path:
A variety of teachings and tools to forge their own path.
Because I don’t know what is right for you.
But I am sure as hell committed to supporting you in discovering your “right”.
